Beaumaris Pram Race 2008
Another Beaumaris pram race, and above is the winning sheep shagging team, at the 'race' start.
Another couple of teams, a cheese pram.. and a car.
I have had a few people ask me how the house is coming along. Its going well, surprisingly well, in fact. But this gives me very little time to get online. If I told you that in the above sheep shaggers team is our plumber and central heating expert, and our joiner and double glazing fitter, then you will understand why there has been a gap in the work over this Christmas period. And a break has been much needed too.
We have had to get 37 windows for the place, some huge front doors, French windows, patio doors... plastering has been started...one central heating boiler has been bought, yesterday we bought a bathroom suite and an extra bog... and we have filled 3 skips with rubbish and more to dispose of. I have had to buy a Ford Transit for all the fetching and carrying. Its never ending, yet, its going well. We are looking to move into the annex, in about Feb or March, maybe...

ah ha! hmmm Well part of the U.S. would turn their heads away from the sheep shagging teams!! We have no bloody sense of humor (we've discussed that). Got your card today - thanks Sheila & Mike. I am looking forward to seeing photos of the progress and thankful Mike knows how to find the good contractors!! You'd never find anything as funny as this - going on here - by and large.
