Jill's John
When I started school I met Jill, we were both 4 years old, and we became friends. Amazing but we are still friends now.
After a lot of tragedies and a few pints of beer, Jill even came to join me in Spalding when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and her husband of 11 months buggered off.
I left her too, as my parents became ill... but you have read that on my blog, if you have stayed awake long enough.
Now Jill's son is doing something for his mother, and others like her. John has done his own site for this so please can you just take a few moments to read this..
John's Marathon
And the bugger has managed to get to Rio to do this!!!!
The big question is... would I do a marathon just to get to Rio? er.. no
I wish John good luck and a big hug, and I promise to get him several pints in The Poacher, if ever we can be back in Spalding at the same time as him.
