The Olympic Torch comes to Beaumaris

We all set alarms and woke up to another gorgeous day. The masses collected at about 7am, along the road, along the sea front and around the pier, in Beaumaris, Anglesey.

The Big Wheel arrived in stages, lorries of all the bits...

2 days later and the building was well under way.

They have gradually been building the 'pods' as the afternoon has progressed... (hopefully more photos to follow)...
