Sending this from Poland where G & I are at the moment in our flat here. The picture of your allotment in Spalding reminds me of the 2 allotments we have over here in Poland. Luckily we also have a magic gnome (my Mother-in-Law) who tends to the allotments in our absence (and when we are here for that matter!).
Looking forward to being back in the UK soon. More then. J&G. --
BTW I meant to also say that I am on a slow dialup net link while over here and my net addiction like Sheila's is causing me withdrawal symptoms about my fast DSL line back in our UK residence.
Lovely to hear from you, Jon, I had wondered where you were, now I understand totally. See you when you get back, although I might be in Wales by then, and I am not sure what connection I will have by then. You are missing some brilliant weather in the UK now.
lol I am now - assessing - what sort of net connections, will be available -- in prospective places I might move!!
After participating from a distance in what Sheila is coping with.....well this fact 'will' have some sway...in where I move!!! Also - checking airport availability....
Wish I was close enough to pluck a few veggies from those beautiful rows! chance
hmn..... Can't 'move' cross the Atlantic Del...regrettably. Otherwise I would offer....coffee-making lessons?
oof - now I've done it! I can't wait to see Wales. Well I did years back....thought it was a beautiful place too. But lack of net? well that'd crimp my style too. regards, Chance
hmn....well I could bring some of those other beans I referred to. Although then it'd be best if I was in a B&B for the 'aftermath'... I do hope to make it to Sheila's new abode this trip Del. I am harmless at this age Del...not to worry.
Can you recognize me? I am Kayo from Japan. Sheila you need two Peter Rabbits to eat your veggies. Hope you will catch nice Peter rabbits both in Spalding and Wales. Your garden in Spalding looks bigger than I saw last Year.
Talk to you soon. Say hello to your i-chat friends.
The blog begins again...and again...
It is wonderful to get your comments, please feel free to make some, but I have had to stop the spam and ask to get your comment checked first. Could you make sure you say who you are, and for the benefit of others reading my garbled crap please also add where you are? Thanks xxx

Bring your own satellite (for the net, that is...not the veggies!), it could well be cheaper...
Where will you be moving to, anyway? - Not everywhere is quite like here!

The net is here...you just have to give it time to arrive...
The mountains around this area have been here for about half a million years...don't worry, they ain't agoin' nowhere just yet!!!
As for coffee-making lessons...
[Del looks for blushing smiley, can't find one, so clicks 'Publish', and leaves.]

Del hurriedly runs back to say:-
"Correction:- Half a BILLION years...sorry!"
and leaves again...
